Customer Requirements;

Quote Date: January 20, 2010

Customer is a small real estate brokerage company with 8 employees. Customer requests that each employee have a private direct dial number.  In addition, the main phone number for the office will be answered by a receptionist during business hours.

Calls to the company's primary number after hours will be answered by the Auto-Attendant.  Each of the company's users can recieve calls directly at any time.  Each employee must have a voice mail box.

Customer also requires toll free service.

Finally, customer is purchasing all equipment from AVAD Technologies.

Section 1: PBX Phone Pricing

Section II. IP PBX Phone System Specifications (all locations)

  1. Primary company phone number will be assigned to the receptionist desk.
  2. Unanswered calls will ring to the Auto-Attendant.
  3. Each user will have Advanced Direct Dial Line Service including a local private direct dial number.
  4. AVAD will provide existing local direct dial numbers as required.
  5. Inter-office dialing/conferencing/call forward/call transfer to/from all phones.
  6. Limited Use/Common area phones do not have voicemail boxes.
  7. 24/7 Tech Support provided at no charge.
  8. No charge for remotely performed installation, ongoing system administration and customization.


Section III. General Terms of Service

  1. Services are billed 1 month in advance.
  2. Service will not begin until AVAD receives a signed contract for services.
  3. Hardware must be paid in full before order is accepted.
  4. Monthly Recurring Charges do not include charges for domestic and international directory assistance and 411 charges. International & directory assistance charges are billed separately.
  5. No charge for AVAD guided self-installation.  Phones come pre-configured and are ready to use out-of-the-box.  Routers come pre-configured but may require additional set during installation.  AVAD can remotely configure routers if remote access to your network is provided.
  6. Toll quality service can only be guaranteed if customer installs an AVAD Technologies approved router that is configured to provide VoIP packet prioritization in each service location.
  7. Limited Use Extension phones are used primarily for conference rooms, reception areas and other common areas.  They are not meant to be used as a primary device.  Voicemail boxes are not available on Limited Use Extensions.  Limited Use Extensions include unlimited local and long distance calling in the United States and Canada.
  8. Hardware comes with a limited 1-year warranty.
  9. Customer may transfer (Port) existing telephone numbers to AVAD Technologies.  You have the legal right to Port your phone numbers to any carrier.  The Porting process generally takes 4 – 6 weeks, but may be longer.  During the Porting process customer will continue to be responsible for charges incurred from existing carrier.  At no time is AVAD Technologies responsible for charges on your existing phone service regardless of the length of time it takes to Port your numbers.  
  10. E-911 charges are based on the number of physical phones, devices and direct dial numbers.  The E-911 fee may be waived on any phone, device or direct dial numbers if the E-911 waiver is signed.
